The Gaming Den: Wipeout Edition, Sat. 23rd March

For their second event The Gaming Den will feature WipEout, the anti-gravity racing classic. With three massive projectors covering the studio walls, you’ll be racing head to head with other gamers on wipEout HD and wipEout Fury, along with Vita crossplay on Wipeout 2048.

The Gaming Den is a monthly meet-up for social gamers. They take over the unassuming Visual Collective art gallery in Bethnal Green and fill it with video game goodies from across the eras. Imagine the Natural History Museum but instead of replicated dinosaur carcases its chocka full of retro consoles for you to play on. The event is run by the lovely people of The Average Gamer, check out their snazzy video from the first event below (if you want to).

Every wipEout ever made will be available for you to play. The WipeoutZone Forum is running a competition during the event with the best pilots. On top of this is their usual array of classic games for you to enjoy. A full list can be found below.
